Supervisors' Conference Home

Every year Human Resources hosts the annual Supervisor's Conference; a full day, dynamic event that includes keynote speakers, virtual meeting spaces, and interactive training sessions. 2020 was a series of unprecedented events and though we have all gone through the same events, our experience, understanding and response has differed.

This year's theme, The Supervisor's Mixtape, reflects those different viewpoints. A mixtape is often personal, specific to a point in time, and communicates a pointed message. To that end, we are focusing on exploring leadership types, processes, or skills supervisors can use to curate their own leadership mixtape. We're bringing together experts in the fields of organizational development, mindfulness, and business operations to explore the many ways we lead.
