No. Registrations are non-transferrable.
This year's keynotes will be held via Zoom.

Please submit a registration for each individual in the group. There is a section where you can list the individuals for proof of group registration.
Yes!
Yes, if three or more people from your group, team, and/or division register there is a discounted fee of $50/person.
This year the conference fee for an individual is $75/person. Groups of 3 or more are $50/person.
The fee covers materials and other administrative costs related to holding the conference.
No, you are welcome to pick and choose which sessions you would like to attend.
We are exploring options for recording sessions.
There are a number of reasons you may not have received the Save the Date.
- Your email program may have blocked the email or you may not be listed as a supervisor in Oracle. Please check your junk mail first then contact us at staffeducation@caltech.edu about your supervisor status in Oracle.
- * Please note that if you DO NOT have a supervisor status in Oracle then an EDA will need to be submitted to Scholar & Staff Services to update your record.
Refunds will be available up until one week prior to the conference.
